CULVER CITY PUBLIC THEATRE has announced open call auditions for the 2008 season:

Culver City Public Theatre will be holding auditions for its 2008 Season May 14, 15, and 17th at the Veteran's Memorial Complex, 4117 Overland Avenue in Culver City. This is an open call. Auditions will be from 7:30-10:00pm on the 14 and 15th, 12:00-3:00pm on the 17th. All roles are open at this time. Please bring 4 headshots and prepare a 2 minute monologue or a provided monologue from one of the shows.

    Louisiana Lu (Lulubelle Persimmon) – (Female, 30-50) Ladylike villain New Orleans or Southern accent a plus.
    Catfish K.T. Mcgraw – (Male or Female, age open) Henchman. Big and dumb.
    Caterpillar Pete – (Male or Female, age open) Henchman. Runs things
    Orlo Hightower – (Male, 30-50) A hanger-on. Pompous. Phony
    Marshall Doom (Walter Persimmon) – (Male, 30-50) Mysterious. Strong presence.
