DEAN EDWARD is very proud to be President of Culver City Public Theatre this year. He first joined the organization two years ago after co-starring in successful productions of Hay Fever, directed by Alexander Wells, and The Cherry Orchard, directed by Gregg W. Brevoort.

In high school and through college, Dean has honed his talents both onstage and behind the scenes in productions ranging from Anything Goes to the Vietnam drama Strange Snow.

Dean is very excited to be directing one of his favorite shows this summer, the hilarious comedy The Good Doctor by Neil Simon. Based on the short stories of Anton Chekhov, Doctor is an ideal play for the park, combining broad slapstick and verbal silliness the whole family will enjoy.

Dean lives in Culver City with his beautiful and wonderful life partner, Janet, her two sons, Jesse and Max, and assorted animals.
